He is survived by: his parents, Monica N. Nickle Naylor of Willow Street and Raymond Mark McGovern, Sr. of Willow Street; his daughter Samantha McGovern of Lewistown; his fiancée Sherry Lutz; his sister Denise McGovern Charbonnier (Paul, Jr.) of Millersville; and his stepsiblings, Joseph Naylor, Justin Naylor (Dillon) and Jacquelyn Naylor Massa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
