He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Lee Ewell (Druck); his parents, Irvin Ewell and Sarah Ewell (Ewing); and his brother Galey Ewell. He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley Ann Dietz and Sue Ann Ritz; his grandchildren, Pamela Robertson (Shawn) of Michigan and Joshua Paul Ritz; and his great grandchildren, Elise Bearie, Holly Schau and Grayson Schau.
