She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis L. Shenberger, Jr.; her parents, Wilbur E. Forry, and Dorothy M. Forry, Sr. (Gohn); her daughter Crystal Shenberger; and her brother Wilbur Forry.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott L. Shenberger (Lisa) and Robin L. Shenberger (Valarie); and her grandchildren, Kristen Smith, Joey Shenberger and Seth Shenberger. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
