He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Eyler and Suzanne Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Margaretta E. Wagner (Raver); his children, Kurt (Kellie Wagner), Mark (Kimberly Wagner), Anita Manifold, Tina Trettel and Carol (Terry Romberger); and his siblings, Holly Byrens, Ellen Waltimire, Bonnie Martz, Beverly Wolfe, Vicky Poe and Terry Wagner. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
