He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel, Sr. Ruth and Bessie Ruth (Rineholt). He is survived by: his close friend Katharine; and his children, Blake Arrington (Carmen) of Jenks, OK, Terri Lowe of Windsor, Kathleen Gumbel (Ted) of Mt. Joy, Jesse Ruth, Jr. (Tanya) of Hopkinsville, KY and Jennifer Coeyman (Dave) of York. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many other loving extended family members and friends.
