He is survived by: his wife Judith Kenney (Pittman); his children, Kristina Kenney-Garcia (Edward) of Red Lion, Kathy Minnier (Kenney) of Wrightsville, Penny Baker of York, Marjorie Shenberger (Donald) of Windsor, Colleen Lewis of Hagerstown, Iona Naumann (Joe) of Dallastown, Tim Wessinger (Carrie) of Red Lion, Steve Harlacker of York and Dan Harlacker of St. Marys, GA; and his siblings, Sharon Smith (Donald) of Red Lion and Dale Kenney of Jacobus. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
