He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Winters and Mary G. Garrett (Mummert); and his sisters, Ruth Howell and Lila Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Beth A. Winters (Workinger); his daughters, Michele R. Winters (Rachelle Frazao) of Baltimore, Melissa J. Warren of Etters and Holly A. (Scott R. Wolfe) of New Cumberland; his grandchildren, Colden Warren, Kora Wolfe, Corinne Warren and Gabriel Wolfe; his brother John Garrett of Manchester; and his sister-in-law Shishon "Benji". He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brothers.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (35 Gotham Pl, Red Lion, PA 17356). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
