He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton J. Horn and Alverta Horn (Emenheiser); his son Kenneth Eugene Horn; and his sisters, Lydia Swords and Grace VanHart.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Schmuck of York, Troy Horn (Billi Jo) of Pottsville, Darlene Horn of Windsor, Madeline LeSage (Jerry) of Ocala, FL, Teresa Horn Lewis of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Donna Allman of York. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and one on the way; one step son; two step daughters; four step grandchildren; and one step great grandchild.
