He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Dettinger, Sr. and Elsie M. Dettinger (Schmuck); his daughter Tammy A. Tenney; his grandson Bryce William Tenney; and his siblings, Dale, Kenneth Dettinger, Minnie Grove, Betty Arnold and Shirley Mundis.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Lorraine Dettinger (Mundis); his son Steven W. Dettinger (Kim) of York; his grandchildren, Derric Dettinger (Jennifer) and Jonathan Dettinger (Teresa); and his great grandchildren, Anna, Nora, Walker, Colette and Asher Dettinger.
