Powers Jr. (Red Lion, Pennsylvania), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 12, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Hallie Jayne Powers (McCoy); his children, Charles R. Powers, III of Dallastown, Teressa Ann Sutherland (Troy) of Windsor and Charlene M. Brady (Paul) of York; his grandchildren, Troy Sutherland, Jr., Nathan Sutherland, Makenna Sutherland, Grasen Brady, Landon Brady and Eden Brady; his great grandchildren, Landon Sutherland and Harper Sutherland; and his sisters, Velvet Kyle (Ed) of Clifton Park, NY and Melissa Meigel (Jeff) of Windsor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
