She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward W. Herbst and Gertrude M. Herbst (Siedenstrickler); her son Gene Hilt; and her siblings, Eugene, Donald Herbst and June Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Clinton Hilt of Felton, Elaine Overmiller of Red Lion, Heidi Ferg of Airville, Tempest Delp of Windsor and April Nicholson of Windsor; and her siblings, Richard, Edward, Ricky Herbst, Susan Bankart and Stacey Hunter. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
