We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2019, at the age of 69, Carl J. Winters Jr. (Red Lion, Pennsylvania), born in York, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Doris A Winters (Frey) of Red Lion and Carl J. Winters, Sr.; his wife Evelyn M. Winters (Galentine); his children, Penny Kehoe (Jeff), Kelly Whitcraft (David), Josh Winters (Tammy) and Zach Winters (Kelly); his stepchildren, Tim Hixenbaugh (Whitney), Amy Russell (Ben) and Shannen Williams (Troy); and his siblings, Scott Winters (Jackie) and JeanAnn Leber. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
