Manuel of Red Lion; his grandchildren, Drew and Amelia; his siblings, Gordon Manuel, Jr. of Columbia, Michael Manuel of Columbia, Charles Manuel (Joann) of Columbia, Steve Manuel (Dottie), Enola, Daniel Manuel (Donna), Terry Summers (Jim), Lancaster and Betty Bailey (Beatle); his son Timothy A. Manuel; and his brother Thomas Manuel.
