We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Shirley E. Billiard of Red Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell "Larry" Billiard; and her parents, James S. Martin and Edith H. Martin (Gehman). She is survived by: her children, Donald Snyder (Dorothy) of Pennsburg, Terry, Brenda Snyder of Green Lane, Sandra Hough (Roy) of Cape Canaveral, FL and Tina Amos (Donald) of Jonestown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
