She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Urban Sr.; her parents, Harry B. Adams Sr. and Ella M. Adams (Kulp); and her sister Patsy Schellhamer. She is survived by: her children, Tamara Matthews and Richard Urban Jr. (Candy); her grandsons, Kevin Garcia (Maggie) and Tyler Dougherty; her great grandchildren, Rodrick and Lily; and her siblings, Harry Adams Jr., Nancy Imbody and Geraldine Weller.
