It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Billiard of Red Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley E. Billiard (Martin); his parents, Russell Billiard and Marie Billiard (Sterner); and his children, Donald Snyder (Dorothy) of Pennsburg, Terry Snyder of Green Lane, Brenda Snyder of Green Lane, Sandra Hough (Roy) of Cape Canaveral, FL and Tina Amos (Donald) of Jonestown.
