He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Walter and Ruth Walter (Christophel). He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Walter (Snyder); his children, Brad Walter (Becky) of Pennsburg, Jacob Walter of Red Hill, Nicole Walter of Red Hill and Kirsten Walter of Pennsburg; and his brother Marlin Walter (Mary Ellen) of Tennessee. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
