He is survived by: his brother George Meyhoefer (Carol Ann); his nephews, Aaron Moyer, George Meyhoefer Jr., Robert Meyhoefer and Timothy Meyhoefer; his niece Connie Banner (Pat); his great-niece Marie; his stepchildren, Clarence A. Bell and Janelle Girton (Randy); his stepgrandchildren, Melissa (Shaun Hames), Andrew Girton (Megan Heck) and Jennifer Bell; and his great grandchildren, Landen and Westin Hames.
