He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. "Jack" Ford and Mary Jane Ford (Mendles); and his brother Jack Ford. He is survived by: his sisters, Joan Kulesza and Eileen Barth (Don); his nieces and nephews, Jackie Ford, CJ Kulesza, Kayleen Kulesza, Erin Miller, Tim Kulesza, Donnie Barth and Keri Barth; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Ford and Chuck Kulesza. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
