He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim Long and Florence Long (Bishop); his son Dean; his grandchildren, Blake and Kamryn; and his siblings, LeRoy Long and Ella Mae Underkoffler.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Long (Schwenk); his daughters, Sharon Schuler of East Greenville, Beth (Rob Jenkins) of Palm and Sheila (Ed Kraus) of Pennsburg; his daughter-in-law Donna Long; his grandchildren, Keith, Bryan, Eric, Amanda, Robbie, Dan, Valerie and Carly; his great grandchildren, Ashley, Brandon, Carson, Brantley, Sophie, Aiden, Elyjah, Christian, Delaney and Gabriel; his siblings, Ephraim (Ann) of Pennsburg and Ronald (Shirley) of Harleysville; and his sister-in-law Hope of Green Lane.
