Jadick (Lori) of Lewisville, TX and Michelle Jadick-Baxter (Jon Baxter) of Kokomo, IN; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Jared, Jocelynn, Makenzie, Taylor and Jenna; and his great grandchildren, Jaycee, Maddie, Benjamin and Cassandra.
