He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Heist (Jones) and Raymond Heist; and his siblings, David and Frances. He is survived by: his daughters, Charmaine (James Krauss), Susan K. (Barry Miller) and Jacqueline L. (Larry Acker). He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
