He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Emmanuel and Kathryn Ann Chiarolanza (Cobb); and his brother George. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Chiarolanza (Beighley); his children, Michele (Joseph Fitzpatrick) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Jessica Medd of North Wales, Jacqueline Medd of Hatfield and Michael Howard of Elwyn, PA; his siblings, Glenn Chiarolanza (LeeAnn) of Idaho and Marialisa Valera of Jenkintown; his grandchildren, Joseph IV, Evan and Aiden Fitzpatrick; and his nieces and nephews, Kellie, Brandi, Stefanee, Scott, Glenn, Benjamin, Steven, Tyler Marie and Nicholas.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1818 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
