It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Waidell of Red Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waidell and Mary Waidell (Valentine). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Waidell (Gill); his sons, George (Jennifer) of Bechtelsville and Douglas (Alison) of Gilbertsville; his grandchildren, Elliot and Jonathan; and his siblings, Edna (Robert Cravitz) of Selinsgrove, Michael (Marjory) of Depew, NY and Mark (Elizabeth "Betty Ann") of Tamaqua. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
