He is survived by: his spouse Betty A. Paynkewicz (Caroff); his parent Anna K. Paynkewicz (Buzdygon); his daughters, Jeanette Banach (John) of Quakertown and Denise M. Frey (Ernie) of Harleysville; his grandchildren, Steven Banach, Lynna Banach and Lee Frey; and his stepsons, Allen Caroff and John Caroff.
