He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Yanus and Elizabeth Yanus (Bortz); and his siblings, Lillian Dirsa, Lorraine Myers and Ray Yanus.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Yanus (Hafler); and his children, Barbara Yanus of Boston, MA, Claire Stonelake of Red Hill, Joseph Yanus of Pennsburg, Teresa Heckler (Michael) of Pennsburg, Lisa Miller (Brian) of Emmaus, Beth Cecala (Joe) of Emmaus and John Yanus of Red Hill. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
