He was predeceased by: his wife Carol A. (Gregory); his close friend Annette Bechtel; his parents, Charles S. Dietrich and Mamie Dietrich (Trexler); and his siblings, Paul, LeRoy, Helen, Bertha and Marie.
He is survived by: his children, David of Allentown and Debbie (Richard Kosierowski) of Washington State; his granddaughters, Mercedes (Abu Nasser) of Telford and Melinda (John Haber) of Pennsburg; his great grandchildren, Elmira and Mojave Nasser; and his sisters, Evelyn Pinter of Macungie and Phyllis Kempf of Wescosville.
