He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Jioio Keslar of Ligonier; his sister Rosalyn Keslar-Carameli (Vincent) of Ligonier; his wife Elisabeth Carlson-Scott of Rector; and his stepchild Georgie Lillian Scott of Pittsburgh.
