He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Gerald Bair and Vera L. "Moyer" Bair. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Schultz; his daughter Jennifer Bair (Jason) of Rebersburg; and his siblings, Connie Price (Dennis) of Rebersburg and Gene Bair (Judy) of Rebersburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, a great niece and several great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Rick may be given to the Miles Twp.
