He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmanuel J. Artley and Jean F. "Miller" Artley; his sister Deanna Bungee; and his daughter Julie Haines. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Boyles (Scott) of Rebersburg and Jeff Artley (Sara) of Richland, OR; his sister Peggy Artley of Catawissa; and his grandchildren, Bendigo Artley, Katie Haines, Jonis Haines, Emily Heltman (Ramie) and Ethan Heltman.
