He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Walter Parker Sr. and Bessie Lee Parker (Clark); his wife Carol Ann Parker (Lippert); his daughter Candice Innes (Parker); and his niece Robyn Brown (Parker).
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly (John Starcheski) of Wagontown; his siblings, Thomas Walter Parker Jr. (June) and Betsi Parker of Cape May; and his grandchildren, Jordan Louise Starcheski, Kyle Allen Starcheski, Jacqueline Marie Innes, Catherine Lee Boley (Innes), Stephanie Lynn Innes and Emily Rose Innes. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; four nieces; and a nephew.
