He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Sweigart and Agnes Sweigart (Meckley). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Sweigart (Seifrit); his children, Perry M. Sweigart (Robin) of Elizabethtown, David S. Sweigart of Akron and Tammy Sue Stevanus of Jacksonville, NC; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Nicholas and Amber; his stepgrandsons, Garrett and Bobby; and his great grandchildren, Lillie and Jameson. He is also survived by two sisters; & one brother.
