“I worked with Rich for 15 years at High Concrete, and I can honestly say it was always a pleasure talking with him. He had a very positive attitude, and always greeted me with a smile. I especially admired his love for family, the Marines and the USA. He spoke often about being a proud father and grandfather, often sharing pictures. Rich had special qualities that are hard to find in people these days. He will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.”
