He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann (Winisko); his children, Joseph J Shoopack III (Julie) of Hemet, CA, Lori J. Schwartz (Eliot) of Ridgefield, CT, Tracey A. Shoopack (Tim Albright) of North Beach, MD and Amy B. Elmore (Simon) of Denver, PA.; and his brother Richard Shoopack (Ines). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
