Deturck (Reamstown, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Joyce E. Swavely (Marmontello). She is survived by: her father Joseph Orischak; her husband Michael J. DeTurck; her great-nephew Mason; her brother Robert Orischak (Rebecca) of Mohnton; her stepmother Nancy Orischak of Monroeton; and her stepbrothers, Kenneth and Tim Bartholomew of Monroeton.
