He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Sr. Effinger and Margaret Effinger (Kleszak); his wife Dorothy R. "Dot" Effinger (Getz); and his daughter Dorothy R. "Duffy" Effinger. He is survived by: his children, Charles W. Effinger, III (Deb) of Clifton Park, NY and Margaret "Peggy" Seiler (Clark) of Reinholds; his grandchildren, Lauren M. and Charles IV; and his sister Dorothy Ann Effinger of Ephrata.
