She was predeceased by: her father Travis Slapkowski; and her grandfathers, George Pentland and Thomas Slapkowski. She is survived by: her mother Sheena'Ann Pentland (Brian Iaccarino) of Reading; her close friends, Veronica Dube of Reading and Shane Weber (Gina Weber) of Reading; her grandmothers, Ann L. (Terry McLean) of Shoemakersville and Suzanne Slapkowski Mitchell (Harry Mitchell) of Cumru Township; her siblings, Travis W. Slapkowski of Spring Township, Logan S. Weber of Reading and Allison Slapkowski; and also Travis Slapkowski. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with final expenses.
