He was predeceased by: his former wife Jeanne (Evans); and his parents, William J. Rapley and Frances Rapley (Scorvan). He is survived by: his wife June Rapley (Cronrath); his children, Jeanne Rapley (Thomas Coons) of Newark, DE, William C. (Kelly), Sinking Spring, James (Kelly) of Essex Junction, VT and Mary Devine (Bernard) of Moorestown, NJ; his stepsons, Craig Love of Leland, NC and Steven Love of Sinking Spring; and his sister Frances Shaff (late Victor) of St. Louis, MO.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; two great grandchild.
