He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Quinn (Burnish) and James Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Quinn (Minnix); his children, Jennifer E. K. (Damon Brossman) of Oley and Brian P. Quinn of Reading; his grandchildren, Kalina, Noah, Zachary and Rachel; and his great grandchildren, Addysen, Ensley, Taelyn, Ayda and Gabby.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the John P. Feeney Funeral Home (625 N 4th St, Reading, PA 19601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 12:15 PM and at 12:30 PM. The military honors was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
