He was predeceased by: his wife Janice L. Irving (Kissinger); his parents, Clyde Irving and Regina Irving (Moyer); his son Joel Irving; and his siblings, Danny Irving and Ann Mitros.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie (Jim Huff) of Glen Allen, VA, Beth Ann (Jim Blanski), Lori (Kevin Lengel) and Renee Hertzog; his grandchildren, Regina Nichols, Nathan Blanski, Jason Blanski, Nicole Bettio, Kyle Hertzog, Corey Hertzog, Andrea Hanley and Rachel Irving; his great grandchild Blake Nichols; and his grandchildren, Scarlet Blanski, Carson Blanski, Hollis Bettio, Lennox Bettio, Braden Hertzog, Miles Irving and Jaysa Hanley.
