The passing of Wayne A. Snyder of Reading, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 30, 2024 at the age of 85. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Wayne departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Wayne leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Snyder and Hilda Snyder (Gehman); his wives, Diane J. Snyder (Zettlemoyer) and Margaret Snyder; and his son William J. Metzinger.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Lori Castor of Mt. Penn, PA; his sister Karen Kihurani; his niece Susan Skinner (Travis) of Washington, DC; and his nephew Alex Kihurani (Preema) of London, UK.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Petra Church (565 Airport Rd, New Holland, PA 17557). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
