He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter W. Godshall Sr. and Ruth E. Schaeffer (Weider); and his siblings, Arlene Snyder and Darrell Schaeffer. He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Godshall (Rau); his children, Michael J. Godshall (Michelle), Stacey M. Border (Bradley), Glenn J. Oesterling (Nicole) and Jill M. Imboden (Joshua); and his siblings, Callie DiBlasi, Sue Bashore, Mark Shaeffer and Dawn Bortman. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
