He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris O. Lea and Minnie J. Fears (Flowers-Lea); and his siblings, Chester A. Fears, Morris O. Lea and Rose M. Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Flowers Lea; and his sister Betty J. Moore. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
