He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Cuthrell (Wilson) and Charles McClary; and his brothers, Charles Jack Marshall (Debra Marshall) and Donald R. Marshall. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Fleming (Tommy Fleming); his grandchildren, Tayshawn and Aaliyah Fleming of Tennessee; his siblings, Darrell Marshall (Donna Rhoades), Stephanie Marshall (Scott Walton) and Terri E.
