He is survived by: his spouse Torrence Quimby Schlegel (Torry); his children, Alexander Thomas Schlegel of Baltimore, MD, Stephen Thomas Schlegel of Philadelphia, PA and Erin Elizabeth Schlegel (Dzifah Amouzou) of Glenn Dale, MD; his grandchildren, Julian Thomas Amouzou and Cora Ann Amouzou; and his siblings, Jack Schlegel of West Chester, PA and Jean Schlegel of Gilbertsville, PA..
