She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jacob and Joyce Laverne Ulrich (Moyer); and her close friend Scott D. Perfetto. She is survived by: her son Thomas James Perfetto (Jamie); and her grandchildren, Tyler Perfetto (Ava Clauser) and Marissa Perfetto (Joseph Bakanowski).
