He was predeceased by: his parent Stephen Patrick. He is survived by: his parent Helen F. Kopick Patrick; his daughters, Christine Patrick (Ralph Rosado), Yvonne Patrick Feliciano (Saul Pacheco) of Laureldale and Pa A; and his siblings, George Patrick of Reading, Rosemary Patrick of Reading and Mary June Holden of Oklahoma. He is also survived by grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
