Hawk (Wayne); his grandchildren, Zachary Hawk (Bethany Henry) of Lewisberry and Mallory Hawk (Hamilton Lane) of Burlington, NJ; his great grandchildren, Xander and Zaria Lane; and his caregivers, Tammy, Dana, April and Gessi.
