She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Zavada; her parents, Raymond Kaczmarek and Anna Kaczmarek (Mihalick); her brothers, Raymond Jr., Edmund and Bernard Kaczmarek; and her nephews, Kevin and Joseph Kaczmarek.

She is survived by: her brother Ronald Kaczmarek (Mary) of Myerstown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Agape Family Shelter, 1223 Bittner Blvd, Lebanon, PA, 17046.
