He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Guido and Josephine Guido (Pregonizzato); and his siblings, George Tallierchio, Filomena Schein (Tallierchio), Santina Bruckart (Guido), Sandy L. Guido, Josephine Fasig (Guido), Rose Chambers (Guido), Orlando Guido and Antonio Guido.
He is survived by: his wife Sally (Stover); and his children, Kevin Guido of Parkesburg, PA and Cindy Hitchens Reading (Walt). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
